ITIL Foundation Bridge – Version 5
About The Course
The ITIL® Foundation Bridge (Version 5) course is designed for ITIL 4 certified professionals who want a fast, focused pathway to transition to ITIL Foundation (Version 5). It provides a concise yet comprehensive overview of the key enhancements, new concepts and updated practices introduced in the latest version of the ITIL framework.
Rather than revisiting existing ITIL 4 knowledge, this course focuses exclusively on what has changed, enabling participants to efficiently update their understanding and remain relevant in a rapidly evolving digital and AI-driven environment. It introduces updated concepts in digital product and service management, including how value is co-created through modern operating models and lifecycle practices.
The course also highlights how ITIL has evolved to support emerging technologies such as automation, artificial intelligence and data-driven decision-making, while maintaining its core principles of value creation and continual improvement. Participants will gain clarity on the updated ITIL Value System, lifecycle model and value streams, ensuring they can confidently apply ITIL Version 5 in real-world scenarios.
