In order to facilitate the active ISC2 Peace of Mind promotion, secure appropriate exam allocations, and guarantee the successful delivery of certification pathways, please take note of the official operational terms, voucher usage limits, and scheduling policy rules.
01 Exam Voucher Usage Guidelines
- Strict Expiration Timelines: Both exam attempts must be completed prior to your designated voucher expiration date as specified upon voucher delivery. Vouchers sold under this campaign cannot be extended, exchanged, or refunded.
- Second Attempt Cool-Off Window: In the event that a second exam attempt is required, it must be officially scheduled and sat at least 30 days after the initial examination date.
- Non-Transferable Rights: Each promo voucher remains strictly tied to the specific certification program and corporate registrant for which it was originally booked.

CRITICAL EXAM PROTOCOL: Failure to utilize both examination bookings before the hard voucher expiration date specified during purchase will result in immediate forfeiture of the exam fee. Extensions are strictly barred by the governing standard body.
02 Pearson VUE Adjustment Surcharges
All program adjustments, reschedules, or cancellations must be initiated directly through the Pearson VUE exam engine. Surcharges are calculated based on the official guidelines below:
S$50 Fee
Rescheduling your exam date.
Administered directly via Pearson VUE. The original voucher expiration timeline remains unchanged.
S$100 Fee
Cancelling your exam booking.
Administered directly via Pearson VUE. The original voucher expiration timeline remains unchanged.
Full Loss
Notice received less than 48 hours before exam block.
Failure to notify Pearson VUE at least 48 hours prior results in the immediate loss of the exam voucher.
Purchase Term Checklist: All promotional voucher sales and registrations are completely final. Vouchers are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
