02 Simple 4-Step Registration Process
Follow this exact sequence as soon as you receive your unique voucher code from Sapience Consulting to secure your digital manual and schedule your exam slot:
Create or Log In to Your Profile
Navigate directly to the PeopleCert candidate portal. Log in if you have an active profile, or click here to create a new account. Upon registration, you will receive an automated welcome email directly from PeopleCert.
Redeem Your Voucher Code
Locate the unique exam voucher code sent to you by Sapience Consulting. Enter your voucher code into the relevant field box at the top of your candidate "Overview" page. Redeeming your voucher immediately grants access to your e-book and training materials. You will be prompted to confirm the language of your examination and learning materials, but you do not need to select a date yet.
Complete Your Candidate Profile
Fill in your personal details, ensuring your legal name exactly matches the government-issued photo ID document you intend to present on your examination day. Add your mobile/cell phone number (including country code) for immediate support from proctors on exam day if difficulties arise.
Schedule Your Proctored Exam
Under the "Exams" section on your Overview page, click on "SELECT YOUR EXAM TIMESLOT" for the specific exam you wish to book. This opens the online scheduling tool where you can choose your preferred proctor language, date, and time slot. You will receive an automated confirmation email with your booking details.
03 Technical Readiness & Exam Protocols
Ensure a seamless, interruption-free examination day by carefully preparing for the proctored ecosystem requirements:
System Compatibility
You must perform a mandatory system "Compatibility Check" and download the official ExamShield software application (or run the web-based proctor driver) at least 24 hours before your scheduled exam block.
ID Verification Standards
You must present a valid, government-issued physical photo ID (such as a Passport, Driving Licence, or National Identity Card). The name printed on your document must be written in English characters to be verified by the proctor.
The Examination Environment
You must complete your examination in a quiet, isolated, and private room. Your desk space must be entirely clear of papers, clutter, or books (unless specified as open-book). No other individuals or pets are permitted inside the room during your active testing window.
Take2 Re-Sit Option
If you have purchased the "Take2" exam re-sit option, it will be visible directly on your candidate profile. If you did not include it, you can purchase it as an add-on through the PeopleCert portal before sitting for your first attempt.
